  where to start? so much has happened since my last post... hmmmm i know! a bulleted list (keep reading, you'll see just how a propos cette choix is)
  
• - work - yes it's official i am back at work (see u didn't have to read too much further, though you really shouldn't stop here) so, back in advertising full time http://www.proximity.ca/xml/index.htm and as i have mentioned in previous posts all it took was a phone call or two... anyhoo, apparently bills come EVERY month. And, if you don't take care of them all, they pile up. mark my words... (for the 3rd time on this blog)
  

- christmas - kicked off this year on nov 25 with my dad's co. party boooooooooring but kitty and i looked damn sexy and it's always nice to see Marcelino up there cufflinks-a-shinin' while he toasts his empire... we skipped out on the santa clause parade the next day but went to a-julia's instead for churrasqueira... then dec 2/3 the first weekend of advent was definately one to remember. jason and i began the holiday with a lovely trip to canadian tire - oh i just HEART that place! who knew? like honestly. so i may have accompanied dadsie there a dozen times over the years and watched him pick up a screwdriver or a rake but up until now i've never been on my own accord. BLISS! FYI they have everything. so we got tree lights, extension chords and these cool 3M sticky things to hang our indoor lights around our front window. then it was off to pick out a tree which we roped to the top of my MINI... oh yeah. after scurrying back home with the goods we had a wee bit of time to prepare for dinner at my landlords house. yep it was an italian wedding. but i will say for the record that i made a new holiday recipe as a host gift and it just may be my new signature dish - honey roasted almonds! dee-lish. dec 9/10 my first cookie bake-a-thon and the kids christmas party at marcelino's oakville store. the season is officially in full swing - check and check. dec 16 - les decoration sont complet

- family - janet will be home in 4 days! finalemente! danny and catherine are still recovering from bad break ups and wee christopher? well he's living it up chez Barrie, school's done for the holidays so he'll be drunk till next semester starts. shibby. dec 11 mumsie and popsicle's 30th wedding anniversary. we framed a beautiful pic of them from my wedding and then set up a super surprise evening - we gave them a set of instructions to follow, programmed their destination into dad's car GPS, made a CD of love songs for them to listen to on the way. they arrived at Langdon Hall and had a superb dinner at the best banquet table in the house. high five - i like!

- l'exercise - i'd like to note for the record that jason and i have joined our local YMCA. we walk over from our place, play squash*, or do some cardio and then walk back. that's 3 snaps in a "Z" formation!

*so we are being completely gay about it being our first christmas - as i may have alluded to above. One little activity i appropriately picked up from heather was husband/wife secret santa. after we hung our stockings, we promised to fill each other's once a week till christmas with fun little mini-gifts. so far i've got some chocolate, my fav face scrub and some smut mags. for jason, squash balls, gillette razors and kinder surprise.
